Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum, no fine print — every plush ships free.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).

Delivery

US orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the studio.

International

We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please email support@buku.store and we'll help locate it or send a replacement.
